Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests. • New clients may receive a consultation request or be asked to send photos for accurate timing. ✨ Service Adjustments • I DO NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES. • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 3-5 days so I can make any necessary adjustments. • Adjustments must reflect the original service performed. New services, color changes, or additional work will be charged accordingly. ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows • I kindly ask for 24-48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% service fee. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Fees must be paid before booking your next appointment. ✨ Pricing & Additional Product • Prices are based on time, technique, product usage, and desired result. • Additional bowls of lightener/color are charged $15 per bowl. • Quotes provided during consultations are estimates and may vary depending on hair density, length, and goals. ✨ Respectful Environment • I strive to maintain a positive, relaxing environment for all guests. • Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or aggressive communication will result in termination of services and future appointments. ✨ Re-Doing Work From Other Stylists • Corrections on previous color done elsewhere are considered a color correction and may require multiple sessions. • Results cannot be guaranteed in one appointment when correcting previous work. ✨ Children & Extra Guests • For safety and space, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they have an appointment or you have my approval ✨Photos & Social Media • I may take photos of your hair for portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos used on social media, please let me know at the start of your appointment
